aya is one of yoga’s pioneers who receives many supports from healthy yogis and athletes. She has been teaching her original fitness program which features many practices such as classical ballet, body-workout or breathing technique. After she encountered yoga, it didn’t take so long for her to engage in its spiritual and mindful world. Her passion for yoga extends to learn Hatha, Hatavin’yasa, Ashtanga, Sivananda, and it has never stopped. While she travels around the world to explore unseen style, she actively runs her own class, Syaraaya, which sophisticates body and mind through her original practice as well as showcasing beauty in food, health, and body make-up.
