Christine Meade, a 500-hour trained yoga instructor, college writing professor, and trail-lover, has spent the past decade studying how the combination of yoga, meditation, and creative expression can bring about strength, grace, and daily satisfaction. Christine has been teaching blissful vinyasa flow classes since 2009 in addition to leading workshops and sold-out international retreats. In 2013, she discovered her serious love of trail running and its power to unleash a feeling of freedom and unmistakable wildness. Christine incorporates her own love of movement on the mat and in the woods to give students the extra space their bodies and minds crave.
