PAPAGROOVE is an afro-funk fusion band influenced by Fela Kuti’s politicized afrobeat, Parliament’s clever groovy funk, James Brown’s passionate soul flavour, Bruno Mars’ bubbly pop sound and Jimi Hendrix’s rock intensity. Known for their clever music delivery and the singer’s high energy, the collective has been on the scene for the past ten years.
