Yoga has been in my life for over 10 years. It helped me in every aspect of life, getting to know who I was at a time when I didn’t. I’m passionate about community and sharing this way of living.

What gets me out of bed every morning is the ability to move my body intelligently and eat nourishing food. A lot of people don’t have that ability and it’s something I’ll never take for granted. It’s also knowing I’m working on helping others realise their potential and having that space for like-minded people to connect.

I’m also a raw food chef, certified in plant-based nutrition and finishing a nutrition degree. My passion is focusing on nourishment of the whole being through lifestyle – movement, breathing, nutrition and wholefoods, mindfulness, connection, nature and the preservation of our world.
