Tracey is a Youth Nutrition Educator in West Virginia, she helps students make better food choices, be more active and more mindful. Her favorit part of her job is helping with school gardens and teaching Yoga in the classroom! She is also a certified Kidding Around Yoga instructor. Tracey is an lover of all things outdoors. Living in West Virginia there are tons of opportunities to get outside with her family. Bike riding, snow sports and hiking are her favorites. She has guided hikes for Wanderlust several years and loves sharing her home Mountains with others!
